Hey all, I've made the square wheel with a bumpy bearing that cancels the bumpy 'circumference'. The model I made is crude, but I can tell that it works, looks kinda odd when it does. If you guys are interested (or even still looking down here on the index page) say so and I'll draw a picture with the math, and maybe get a picture of the model too, in the unlikely event that you all are that interested.
