How are you? Thanks for your post. I noticed that you used the word "workable" instead of "working." It is my understanding that the Patent Office policy is that an application for a PM invention must be accompanied by a "working" device, not merely a design, however "workable" that design might appear.
Is the device you have in mind "working" or "workable?"

: Is a patent search really necessary when applying for a patent, since when you walk into the Patent office with a workable Perpetual Motion machine, they will of course have never seen something like this before. ;) What would you be searching for? Something that isn't there?
