The theory of it looks reasonably valid but the proof will be whether we get any form of OU!! I have some very small bearings etc for the levers and other items so building it should'nt be to much of a problem, just time consuming.

: Thanks to Mr. Landstrom for the thorough answer. I have no idea why the instructor would not answer. As far as the universe being only 6,000-10,000 years old, I don't buy that either. On the other hand, the fossil record of the earth jumps from lifeless pre-cambrian rock to cambrian rock that is teeming with relatively complex life forms. Both views apparently have their flaws.

Besides, if you follow the theories of Edwin Schroedinger (the Paradox of Schroedinger's Cat) the guys observing the quasars (which exist in all states until an observer collapses the system into one "reality") they may have collapsed the whole thing into a "reality"
