The way he played with words one of three (as in everything belong to one of three kingoms) could mean the the three arrow template with the wheel in the center. The wheel is one, the arrows (geographical places) three. Like a cross has five points, the fifth in the center, could be stated as four of five etc. I'll post more later-I don't have much time on here.
